Q: How do I personalize my children's calls?
A: Yee Ha! This is the fun part!!! After submitting your payment information, the very next page will give you a form to fill out. IF YOU FORGET TO FILL IT IN, never fear!! In your confirmation receipt there will be a link at the bottom to help you personalize your order!
Q: How to I schedule calls for more than one child?
A: It's easy! Select the number of calls you'd like to order and in the proceding pages we'll give you the opportunity to select a time for each call with a calendar! Three calls? Three different calendar pages. If the calls are for a family however, Santa will call just once and spend time with each child individually (if you've selected the same time for each child).
Q: What if I want to order phone calls for my childs friends?
A: The calls from Santa make great gifts! Just place your order and specify the number of calls you'd like. After completing your order, we'll send you links to choose times for each call and also a personalization form for each call - so you can specify what phone number to call and also mention to the child that 'Santa was talking to their friend he said you would love a phone call from Santa!'. What a great gift! - and the CD's make an excellent keepsake of the experience!
Q: How long are the calls?
A: Calls average 3-5 minutes, depending on how talkative your child is. For example, some 2 year olds aren't very talkative, but might listen as Santa talks to them! It often helps toddlers on the phone if parents stay close and prompt them to ask Santa questions. Based on the info you provide, Santa will try and get the child to open up by asking them questions and using the personal information to make the child feel more comfortable. EXTENDED CALLS are approximately 8 minutes and accomodate up to three children.
Q: How can I prepare my child for the call?
A: Often it helps the experience if the child is expecting the call, to help build excitment. If the call from Santa is a gift - the best way is to say something like this. "Aunt Mary spoke with Santa the other day and asked him to call you!" How great would this aunt be : )!!
Q: When will the CD's of my child ship?
A: Due to the volume of CD's that need to reproduced, the CD's will be shipped after Christmas. If you have extenuating circumstances we may be able to send one out quicker.
