This is Santa's very favorite hot cocoa!
Santa has been known to add even more chocolate
to this recipe to make it even sweeter!!
1 egg yolk, 8 ounces of milk chocolate (or
more!)
2 cups of whole milk (or half and half)
1. Beat the egg yolk in a small bowl, and
set aside.
2. Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt
in a microwave safe bowl, mixing once or
twice, and heat until completely melted
and smooth.
3. Mix the beaten egg yolk into the 2 cups
of milk.
4. Pour the milk mixture very slowly into
the melted chocolate and stir constantly
to blend.
5. Place back into the microwave and cook
until heated through, stiring once or twice.
